Driving independently in traffic (we recommend that people who have never driven a motorcycle before take individual lessons beforehand, see affordable combination packages), valid learner's permit or driver's license.
The scooter and motorcycle basic course takes place in three parts (course content). Motorcycle clothing, handling the motorcycle, various maneuvers such as driving a lane, a slalom, a figure eight, emergency braking, driving in traffic, merging, signaling, etc.
The course is very practice-oriented, you can practice intensively and benefit greatly from it. I will show and explain to you all the relevant topics (here the Parcours), that you need to know and be able to do to be a safe motorcyclist. We don't drive on the highway.
You learn to control your motorcycle and move correctly in traffic.
The demands of motorcycling are often underestimated.
The basic motorcycle course is the foundation of a solid motorcycle training.
Once the course confirmation has been sent (SMS, email or by post), the reservation is considered binding.
Here it is mandatory to attend all course parts booked together in the same group.
If this is not possible, the participant must pay for the course part again.
A cancellation is considered to have been made on time if it reaches us at least 5 days before the start of the course, otherwise the entire course (i.e. all parts of the course) will be charged. If a medical certificate can be presented, the course will not be charged.
Cancellations must be made by telephone, no emails or SMS or other excuses.
The number of participants in our courses is limited to 5, so the courses must also be planned. By registering verbally or in writing, the course participant accepts the registration and conditions of participation.
Please note that you must have a valid motorcycle learner's license for all courses.
The validity is limited to 4 months, within this time the mandatory basic training must be completed. You can apply for a maximum of two learner's permits in the same category.
You will only receive a third learner's license after a waiting period of two years or after a positive traffic psychological aptitude test.
After completing the basic training and meeting the learning objectives, you will receive the course confirmation, which extends your ID card by 1 year.
The road traffic office will only allow you to take the driving test if you wear motorcycle-specific safety equipment.
We recommend the same for the basic course: tested protective helmet (with visor or glasses), motorcycle gloves, sturdy shoes, long trousers and a jacket with long sleeves (clothing made of Gore-Tex, leather, with protectors)

Your motorcycle must fully comply with legal regulations. (no removed footrests, indicators, etc.) You also need to know where, for example, the battery is or the oil level is being measured.
Before starting the course, check the tire pressure, tire tread depth must be more than 1.6 mm, the brakes, lighting, L-plate and fill the tank.
In the basic courses, the battery of your motorcycle/scooter is put under a lot of strain by switching it on and off. That's why you should check your battery beforehand so that you can complete the course completely. Otherwise, the course part must be repeated for a fee.
The courses are held in all weather conditions and with a minimum occupancy of 3 participants.
Adequate insurance and liability, including to third parties, is the responsibility of the participants.
The driving school is not liable under any circumstances.
You must always carry your learner's license and vehicle ID card with you on all parts of the course.
