These general terms and conditions & course conditions apply to every registration. If you have any questions, please contact the Driving School Baschi KlG. (KlG = general partnership)
Driving School Baschi KlG reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions in the future. Only register if you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. The contract comes into force upon registration (orally, by telephone, SMS or online) and ends automatically after passing the practical Cat.B driving test or in the case of emergency helper courses, traffic knowledge and basic motorcycle courses, were fulfilled by law after the prescribed number of hours. 4. The lessons for practical driving lessons Category B are given using a driving school vehicle equipped for this purpose.
Cat. A driving lessons are only given by customer-provided motorcycles that comply with the regulations and appropriate motorcycle clothing
(in accordance with the examination regulations for safety equipment issued by the Road Traffic Office).. Pillion rides are only given to learner riders who can demonstrate a safe riding style. The Baschi KlG driving school can refuse a pillion ride at any time and the booked lessons will be charged at full price.
5. The price of a driving lesson is the same whether the lesson is given in the driving school car or in the learner's private car.
6. If possible, we always take double lessons. A driving lesson lasts 50 minutes, a double lesson lasts 1 hour 40 minutes and consists of: Welcome, adjusting the seat and mirrors, orientation, instructions, practical driving, final discussion and new appointment. We reserve 2 hours 30 minutes for the practical exam, which corresponds to 3 lessons.
7. The prices for the services offered can be adjusted at any time. Actions are just valid until the respective specified date. Vouchers can only be used once per person and free driving lessons cannot be paid out in cash.
8. Agreed driving lessons must last at least 48 hours (2 full working days, Sundays and public holidays do not count) must be deregistered in advance, otherwise they will be charged. The reasons for an absence are irrelevant.
9. Arriving late or failing to cancel on time of agreed appointments are at the expense of the learner driver.
10. If there are doubts about your ability to drive (due to tiredness, lack of concentration, medication or drugs), the lesson can be canceled at any time and without a refund.
11. Driving lessons and subscriptions must or must be paid for in cash at the start of the lesson must be paid in advance using a payment slip. There are no partial payments for subscriptions. Payable within 10 days but no later than 2 working days before the travel date, strictly net. If payment is received late, the lessons will be suspended. On the day of the practical test, all (remaining) debts must be paid must be paid, otherwise the test will not be taken. Any costs incurred will be borne by the student. Driving lessons from a subscription that are not redeemed after passing the driving test will be refunded. If the student driver or driving instructor breaks off the training or if the student driver changes to another driving school, Any unused lessons will be refunded.

12. The mandatory basic administrative fee is valid for 2 years. It must be paid for in the third driving lesson (cash or via subscription) and will not be refunded.
The basic administrative flat rate makes a proportionate contribution to the costs and these are as follows: * Contribution towards the costs of liability, comprehensive insurance and passenger insurance * Contribution to minor damage not covered by the aforementioned insurance policies such as e.g. Rims/tyres. Subscriptions and vouchers are personal and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
14.Refunds for subscriptions & combination subscriptions with VKU: Here the driving lessons are deducted at the individual lesson price and the VKU at the normal price. Refunds will only be made no later than 3 months after the last driving lesson, otherwise your claim will expire.
15. Practical Exam: Driving students who have completed the entire training program and show sufficient performance We would be happy to accompany you to the exam. Students who want to “try out” the exam early can do so at any time with their Try a private car and a private companion. Anyone who “skips” their lessons after registering for the practical exam must also take the exam “privately”. We only accompany students to the exam who are fully trained.

16. For organizational reasons, we reserve the right to postpone courses or to combine

18. Course places are allocated in the order in which registrations are received.
If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will usually not be held and the course fee will be waived. Upon special request, we also hold courses in small groups. However, the course fee is adjusted according to the group size.
19. The school management reserves the right to remove one or more participants from a course to exclude. If you are excluded from the course, the course fee will not be refunded.
20. Fines: Fines imposed through the fault of the learner driver will – depending on the level of training – be borne by the student.
21. Insurance course location: For all courses and events organized by the driving school We exclude any liability for any damage caused. You are therefore responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient insurance cover. You use the driving school's facilities at your own risk. The driving school cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.
22. All registrations (verbal, telephone, SMS or online) are binding and will be charged if they are not adhered to.
23. For all legal relationships with the Baschi KlG driving school Swiss law according to Law of Obligations OR is applicable.

1. Registrations made using the online registration form or verbally, by telephone or via SMS are binding.
You will normally receive confirmation of registration by email or SMS within 24 hours of registration. Otherwise, please contact us.
2. The course fee for the emergency helper and traffic customer is to be paid in cash on the first day of the course. Paying the course fee entitles you to take part in the course.
3. Deregistration / No Show / Catch Up
Your course registration for emergency responders and traffic studies is binding. Deregistering from the course involves administrative effort and takes away another student's place on the course. That's why we have to depending on The course costs will be charged in whole or in part at the time of cancellation: up to 4 days before the start of the course CHF 50.- processing costs; We charge 50% of the course costs until Wednesday 12 noon before the start of the course; For cancellations after Wednesday 12 noon, we have to charge 100% of the course costs.

First aid course : It is possible to postpone / catch up on the emergency helper course once for a processing fee of CHF 50.
Driving sensitization course : It is compulsory to attend all two course blocks in the same week. If this is not possible, a processing fee of CHF 100 will be charged.
Basic motorbike courses : Once the course confirmation has been sent (SMS, email or by post), the reservation is considered binding. Here it is mandatory to attend all course parts booked together in the same group.
If this is not possible, the participant must pay for the course part again.
A cancellation is considered to have been made on time if it reaches us at least 5 days before the start of the course, otherwise the entire course (i.e. all parts of the course) will be charged. Cancellations must be made by telephone, no emails or SMS or other excuses. The number of participants in our courses is limited to 5, so the courses must also be planned. By registering verbally or in writing, the course participant accepts the registration and participation conditions.
4. No course fee refunds are possible due to missed lessons.
ID cards and confirmations will only be given if you have completed the course.
Emergency Helper Cards will be posted within 5-7 working days.
5. Loss of the emergency helper ID card / loss of the written traffic certificate confirmation
In this case, the umbrella organisation SSK for the replacement ID card or a processing fee of CHF 40 each will be charged by the driving school for the traffic lesson.
6. In order to be able to carry out the courses under optimal conditions, each course is offered a minimum and maximum number of participants is set. The course places are listed in order of registrations awarded. If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will usually not be held. The course will be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
7. The driving school reserves the right to exclude participants from a course for justified reasons.
The course fee will not be refunded.

Our team includes long-standing driving instructors. You have several exams every week and know the requirements of the experts. They also know you and can say with almost certainty whether your performance is sufficient to pass the practical test or not.
You can also check for yourself how well your automatisms are developed. The experts make sure, among other things, that your processes such as: gaze system, second inspection glance, merging, right-of-way and willingness to brake, maintaining the speed exactly, etc. are automated and every time occur ! So if you keep hearing the same comments from your driving instructor, you know that you are not yet ready to take the exam.
The Road Traffic Office keeps statistics on every driving instructor.
If the passing rate for the “1st test” is below average, this will in drastic penalties, including the withdrawal of the driving instructor’s ID card result!
Our driving instructors can estimate quite well how much effort is still necessary
until you are “fit for the exam”. Since the registration period can be up to 5 weeks or more, register you early. At this point you are not quite ready to take the exam. But with the planned perfection training, they will get you “fit” for the exam date.
